Ohio Admin. Code 3379-3-03 - Place of meeting

The annual meeting of the Ohio arts council shall be held at the principal office of the council or at any other place within the state designated by the executive committee. Special meetings shall be held at the place designated in the notice of such meeting, and all meetings shall be valid wherever held.
