Ohio Admin. Code 3379-3-04 - Notice
Notice of each meeting of the council shall be given at least
ten days prior to the date thereof, sending by any reasonable method, a copy of
the notice to the members at their last known office
or residence. Each notice shall specify the place, the day, the hour
of the meeting, and, in the case of a special meeting, the nature of the
business to be transacted.
