Ohio Admin. Code 3379-3-07 - Organization
At every meeting, the
chairman
chair
of the Ohio arts council, or in the absence
of the chairman
chair, the vice-chairman
chair, or
in the absence of both, the secretary may act as chairman
chair. The
secretary of the council may act as secretary at all meetings. In the absence
of the secretary, the chairman may appoint another
person to act as secretary pro tem
director
shall perform all duties of the office of secretary as specified in rule 3379-7-05 of the Administrative Code.
