Ohio Admin. Code 3379-7-08 - Compensation
(A) The salary of
the director shall be established by the action of the council. The director,
with the approval of the council and in accordance with the laws of the state
of Ohio, may recommend classification and job assignments of the remaining
staff positions.
(B) Compensation
of the director and/or any employee of the council, as well as expenses of the
council, expenses of the director, expenses of the members of the council, of
the executive committee, and other standing committees of the council, shall be
paid upon voucher signed by the director.
(C) The expenses of the offices of the
chair
chairman of the council shall be budgeted to
include postage, telephone, travel, stationery, and incidental secretarial
assistance where required.
