Ohio Admin. Code 3379-9-01 - State of arts reports
The Ohio arts council shall
report biennially as required by law to the
governor and the general assembly of Ohio on the state of the arts. It may also
publish other reports or studies on matters affecting the state of the arts in
the growth and development of the state of Ohio. All such reports shall be
provided to the governor, the general assembly of Ohio, and upon request, to
the general public.
