Ohio Admin. Code 3701:1-50-16 - Preliminary determinations
Before the first use of any packaging for the shipment of
licensed material, the licensee shall ascertain that the determinations in
paragraphs (a) through (c) of
10 C.F.R.
71.85 (as
published in the January 1, 2017 Code of Federal Regulations
as in effect on the effective date of this rule) have
been made.
