Ohio Admin. Code 3701:1-56-11 - License requirements
A person subject to the rules in Chapter 3701:1-56 of the
Administrative Code may not receive title to, own, acquire, deliver, receive,
possess, use, or transfer special nuclear material unless authorized in a
specific or general license issued by the department
director under the rules in Chapter
3701:1-56 of the Administrative Code.
