Ohio Admin. Code 3701:1-56-18 - Requirements for the approval of applications
An application for a specific license will be approved if:
(A) The application is for a purpose
authorized by Chapter 3748. of the Revised Code and the rules promulgated
thereunder;
(B) The applicant is
qualified by reason of training and experience to use the material for the
purpose requested in accordance with the rules in this chapter;
(C) The applicant's proposed equipment and
facilities are adequate to protect health and minimize danger to life or
property;
(D) The applicant's
proposed procedures to protect health and to minimize danger to life or
property are adequate; and
(E)
Where the nature of the proposed activities is such as to require consideration
by the department
director, the applicant is financially qualified to
engage in the proposed activities in accordance with the rules in this chapter.
