Ohio Admin. Code 3701-22-13 - Data collection
After consultation with representatives of the regulated industry, the director may require hospitals to submit data in areas including performance, quality, or other agreed upon areas.
(A)
Any information
reported under this section that reveals the identity or that could be used to
lead to the identity of any individual is considered protected health
information in accordance with section
3701.17 of the Revised Code.
Information that does not identify nor lead to the identity of an individual
may be released in summary, statistical or aggregate form.
(B)
A third-party
organization may report as described in this division on behalf of the
hospital.
