Ohio Admin. Code 3701-52-03 - Responsibilities of individual
(A) No person shall
will refuse to
immediately discontinue smoking in a public place, place of employment, or the
areas directly or indirectly under the control of the
a proprietor
thereof, or in an establishment, facility, or
outdoor area declared nonsmoking under section
3794.05 of the Revised Code when
requested to do so by the proprietor,
or any employee of an employer of
owner, manager, operator, or other person in charge or
control of the public place, place of employment or establishment,
facility, or outdoor area, or by one of their
employees.
(B) No person
shall
will
retaliate in any manner against any individual for exercising any right,
including reporting a violation, or performing any obligation under Chapter
3794. of the Revised Code or this chapter.
