Ohio Admin. Code 3706-4-02 - Purpose and scope
(A)
This chapter
addresses the implementation of the qualifying nuclear and renewable resource
program, as detailed in sections
3706.40 to
3706.65 of the Revised
Code.
(B)
The Ohio air quality development authority may waive
any requirement of this chapter, other than a requirement mandated by statute,
for good cause shown.
