Ohio Admin. Code 3745-279-32 - Used oil aggregation points owned by the generator
(A) Applicability.
This rule applies to owners or operators of all used oil aggregation points. A
used oil aggregation point is any site or facility that accepts, aggregates,
and/or stores used oil collected only from other used oil generation sites
owned or operated by the owner or operator of the aggregation point, from which
used oil is transported to the aggregation point in shipments of no more than
fifty-five gallons under the provisions of paragraph (b) of rule
3745-279-24 of the
Administrative Code. Used oil aggregation points may also accept used oil from
household do-it-yourselfers.
(B)
Used oil aggregation point requirements. Owners or operators of all used oil
aggregation points shall comply with the generator standards in rules
3745-279-20 to
3745-279-24 of the
Administrative Code.
