Ohio Admin. Code 3745-54-53 - Copies of contingency plan

A copy of the contingency plan and all revisions to the contingency plan shall be both:

(A) Maintained at the facility.

(B) Submitted to all local police departments, fire departments, hospitals, and local emergency response teams described in the contingency plan pursuant to paragraph (C) of rule 3745-54-52 of the Administrative Code that may be called upon to provide emergency services.

[Comment: A copy of the contingency plan shall be is submitted to Ohio EPA as part of "Part B" permit application pursuant to rule 3745-50-44 of the Administrative Code. If the contingency plan is revised, that constitutes a permit modification pursuant to rule 3745-50-51 of the Administrative Code, and the revised contingency plan shall be submitted to Ohio EPA in the permit modification process, and shall be maintained and submitted as required by this rule.]
