Ohio Admin. Code 3745-550-02 - Definitions
If a term used in this chapter is defined in rule 3745-500-02 of the Administrative Code, the definition of the term used in rule 3745-500-02 of the Administrative Code is applicable to this chapter unless the term is defined in this rule. As used in this chapter:

"Facility" means
a solid waste incinerator facility or solid waste energy recovery
facility.

"Modification"
means the following:
(1)
Any substantial expansion of the waste handling
area.
(2)
Any substantial change to the location of the waste
handling area.
(3)
An increase in the capacity of the
facility.
(4)
Any change in the technique of waste receipt or type of
waste received.

"Waste handling
area" means any area of a solid waste incinerator facility or solid waste
energy recovery facility where wastes, including ash, are stored, loaded,
