Ohio Admin. Code 3745-87-04 - Evaluation criteria
(A)
The written
description of the asset management program and all supporting documents shall
be available for inspections by representatives of the director.
(B)
The
director may request a public water system to submit a written description of
the public water system's asset management program. The public water system
shall submit the written description within thirty days of the request.
(C)
If a
public water system's written desccription of the asset management program does
not comply with the requirements of this chapter, the director may require the
owner or operator to revise and resubmit the written description of the asset
management program.
(D)
The director may only grant acceptance of the asset
management program at the time of review if the program meets the requirements
set forth in this chapter.
