Ohio Admin. Code 3746-3-11 - Restrictions as to former employees
Unless one year has elapsed since the termination of employment, no former employee shall appear before the commission as an attorney or other representative of any party to any proceeding or other matter, formal or informal:
(A) In
which the former employee participated personally and substantially during the
period of such employment; or
(B)
For which the former employee was officially responsible during the period of
such employment.
