Ohio Admin. Code 3769-15-28 - Scratch irrevocable
A scratch of a horse whose name appears in a printed program is irrevocable unless the judges determine an error was made. The horse may be allowed to race for purse money but shall be barred from all wagering if wagering has already begun.
