Ohio Admin. Code 3769-17-03 - Authorized agent

Any owner or trainer may engage an authorized agent or agents who may handle all business between the permit holder and the agent's principal. No authorized agent shall be licensed by the commission except upon receipt of written notice of their engagement as an agent by an owner and/or a trainer.
