Ohio Admin. Code 3769-17-27 - Provide wheel disk, mud fenders guards

It shall be the responsibility of the owner , and trainer, or driver to provide every sulky used in a race with unicolored or colorless wheel discs on the inside and outside of the wheel of a type approved by the racing commission. The drivers may use mud guards at any time. In his discretion, the The presiding judge judges may order the use of mud guards at parimutuel tracks, and these which shall be provided by the owners, and/or trainers, or drivers.
