Ohio Admin. Code 3769-17-27 - Provide wheel disk, mud fenders guards
It shall be the responsibility of the owner,
and trainer, or driver to provide every sulky used in a race with
unicolored or colorless wheel discs on the inside and outside of the wheel of a
type approved by the racing commission.
The drivers may use mud guards at any time.
