Ohio Admin. Code 3769-2-20 - Written testimony
The commission may require
request any
person making application for the first time to secure written testimony from
two reputable persons that he is
they are personally known to the applicant, and that
the applicant is of good reputation and is familiar with the duties of the
position he or she seeks
they seek.
