Ohio Admin. Code 3769-4-20 - First aid room

Every permit holder shall have and maintain on its premises a first aid room with first-aid equipment to include a defibrillator and such other equipment as directed by the commission. The permit holder shall provide one or more paramedics as defined in section 4765.01 of the Revised Code in the first aid room during racing hours.
