Ohio Admin. Code 3769-5-33 - Horses ineligible to be entered
An owner or trainer shall not enter or start a horse that:
(A) Is not in serviceably sound
racing condition;
(B) Is wearing a
trachea tube, or has a hole in its throat for a trachea-tube;
(C) Has been high nerved as described in rule
3769-8-04 of the Administrative
Code;
(D) Has impaired eyesight in
both eyes.
