Ohio Admin. Code 3769-5-52 - Eligibility to race
(A) The reports, records, and statistics as
published by the daily racing form, equibase, the breed registry foal
certificate, or other recognized publications shall be considered in
determining eligibility, allowances, and penalties unless the published
conditions of the meeting or for the race in question provides otherwise.
