Ohio Admin. Code 3769-7-28 - Restriction from betting area
Jockeys, while in colors, shall not enter the grandstand, clubhouse or other areas in which parimutuel tickets are sold. Any jockey violating this rule shall be fined, suspended and referred to the commission.
