(A)
The rules adopted
by the commission at a meeting held under section
3772.02 of the Revised Code with
respect to casino gaming are done so pursuant to Chapter 3772. of the Revised
Code.
(B)
The purpose of this chapter is to ensure the integrity
of casino gaming conducted in the state of Ohio.
