Ohio Admin. Code 3772-50-24 - Skill-based amusement machine standards
(A) All type-B and type-C skill-based
amusement machines must be approved by the commission for use in Ohio and
comply with all technical and testing standards adopted by the commission as
appendix A to this rule.
(B) A
skill-based amusement machine operator must be able to account for the
following:
(1) Total played; and
(2) Total won.
For purpose of this paragraph, "total played" and "total won" have the same meaning as those terms are defined in appendix A to this rule.
(C) A
skill-based amusement machine operator shall
must ensure
that all game rules are prominently displayed and clearly and accurately state
the advertised prize(s), as defined in appendix A to this rule, fees charged
for play, and the rules of the game.
(D) A skill-based amusement machine concept
not contemplated under the technical and testing standards adopted by the
commission in this rule will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the
commission.
