Ohio Admin. Code 3772-6-01 - Gaming-related vendor license
The following shall
must obtain and hold a gaming-related vendor
license:
(A) Any
individual, partnership, corporation, association,
trust, or any other group of individuals (however organized)
person who supplies gaming-related equipment, goods,
or services to a casino operator or management company that are directly
related to or affect casino gaming authorized under Chapter 3772. of the
Revised Code, including but not limited to, the manufacture, sale,
distribution, or repair of slot machines and equipment related to table
games, as defined in section 3772.01 of the Revised
Code; and
(B) Any management company,
as defined in section 3772.01 of the Revised Code, owning casino
gaming devices, supplies, and equipment.
; and
(C) Any individual, partnership, corporation, association, trust, or
any other group of persons (however organized)
person that leases a casino
facility to a casino operator or otherwise permits a casino operator to
use a casino facility to conduct or participate in the conduct of casino
gaming.
