Ohio Admin. Code 3773-8-02 - The following acts are prohibited in wrestling contests

(A) A wrestler may not deliberately lacerate themselves or their opponent or by any other means, intentionally introduce human or animal blood in the ring.
(B) A wrestler may not possess inherently dangerous accessories while participating in a professional wrestling match or exhibition;
(C) Inherently dangerous accessories shall include but be limited to, an instrument, tool, implement, prop, or any article with sharp edges that would pose a high degree and any risk of profuse bleeding and any other serious physical injury. Any intent of use of any foreign objects must receive prior approval of the commission, the executive director, or the inspector.
