Ohio Admin. Code 3775-16-11 - Sports gaming event and wager type requests
(A)
A list of pending
and denied requests will be readily available on the commission's
website.
(B)
A sports gaming proprietor must not submit a request
for the addition of any item that is currently in pending
status.
(C)
If a request is denied by the executive director, any
substantially similar request may not be made for the period of time designated
in the sports gaming catalogue.
