(A)
Sports gaming
proprietors must maintain and make available to patrons a privacy policy
governing its use and storage of patron confidential
information.
(B)
Sports gaming proprietors must ensure compliance with
applicable state and federal requirements and industry standards for protecting
the privacy and security of sports gaming patrons and their
accounts.
