Ohio Admin. Code 4101:3-13-01 - Nonpotable water systems

Chapter 13 of the International Plumbing Code, 2021 edition, as incorporated by reference and modified in Section 101.1.1 of this code, is further modified as follows:

(A) Replace section 1301.1 with the following:

1301.1 Scope. The content of this model code chapter has been deleted. OnSite Nonpotable Water Reuse Systems, Nonpotable Rainwater Collection and Distribution Systems, and Reclaimed Water Systems are considered Private Water Systems as defined in Section 3701.344 of the Revised Code. Private water systems and recycled water systems are regulated by the Ohio Department of Health rules found in Chapter 3701-28 of the Administrative Code.

(B) Delete all subsequent sections, subsections, exceptions, tables and figures in Chapter 13 of the referenced model code.
