Ohio Admin. Code 4115-3-01 - Purpose
Subject to and in accordance with division (A) of section 4115.33 of the Revised Code, the state committee for the purchase of products and services provided by persons with severe disabilities (hereinafter the "committee") hereby adopts rules under Chapters 4115-1 to 4115-7 of the Administrative Code for the purpose of directing the procurement of selected products and services by Ohio governments to qualified nonprofit agencies serving persons with severe disabilities with the objective of increasing employment opportunities for these individuals.
