Ohio Admin. Code 4123-17-05.1 - Private employer experience rating table

The administrator of workers' compensation, with the advice and consent of the bureau of workers' compensation board of directors, has authority to approve contributions made to the state insurance fund by employers pursuant to sections 4121.121, 4123.29, and 4123.34 of the Revised Code. The administrator hereby sets the credibility experience rating table part A, "credibility and maximum value of a loss," to be effective July 1, 2013 2019, applicable to the payroll reporting period July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, for private employers as indicated in appendix A to this rule.
