Ohio Admin. Code 4123-17-06 - [Effective until 7/1/2025] Private employer contributions to the state insurance fund

The administrator of workers' compensation, with the advice and consent of the bureau of workers' compensation board of directors, has authority to approve contributions made to the state insurance fund by employers pursuant to sections 4121.121, 4123.29, and 4123.34 of the Revised Code. The administrator hereby sets the private employer class code base rates, and private employer class code expected loss rates per one hundred dollar unit of payroll to be effective July 1, 2023 2024, applicable to the payroll reporting period July 1, 2023 2024, through June 30, 2024 2025, for private employers as indicated in appendices A and B to this rule.
