Ohio Admin. Code 4146-17-02 - Furnishing of transcripts or hearing tapes
The record of a hearing shall not be transcribed except as
required by statute. Upon a request made of the
secretary of the review commission, a copy of the hearing
tape recording
record will be provided at the cost of the requesting
party.
