Ohio Admin. Code 4146-5-01 - What constitutes an appeal at hearing officer level

An appeal at hearing officer level is any written notice stating that the interested party appeals from or desires a review of a determination or redetermination issued by the administrator director, or one of the administrator's director's deputies transferred to the review commission for hearing and disposition.
