Ohio Admin. Code 4501-23-25 - Prohibited acts

(A) No person shall display, or cause or permit to be displayed, or possess any motorized bicycle license, knowing the same to be fictitious, canceled, revoked, suspended or altered.
(B) No person shall lend to a person not entitled thereto, or knowingly permit such other person, to use any motorized bicycle license issued to the person so lending or permitting the use thereof.
