Ohio Admin. Code 4501-45-09 - Warning labels for certified immobilizing or disabling devices

(A) A warning label shall be affixed to each certified immobilizing or disabling device, including an ignition interlock device, upon installation in a motor vehicle in accordance with section 4510.43 of the Revised Code. The label shall state: "Any person tampering, circumventing, or otherwise misusing this device is subject to a fine, imprisonment, or both and may be subject to civil liability."
(B) The warning label shall be conspicuously affixed to each certified immobilizing or disabling device, including an ignition interlock device.
