Ohio Admin. Code 4501-47-14 - Termination of third-party examiners

(A) Upon notification
that a third-party examiner is ineligible to remain certified by the department
because of a violation of the requirements of this chapter or because of other
termination of employment, the third-party tester shall immediately notify the
department. The third-party examiner's certificate of authorization shall be
returned to the department immediately and the tester shall prohibit the
examiner from performing further skills test instruction.
(B) If the third-party tester needs to
replace the examiner, it may submit an application
for certification
"Application for
Certification of Commercial Driver License Third Party Examiner" for a
new third-party examiner.
