Ohio Admin. Code 4501-50-05 - Removal of the decal and withdrawal from the program
The motor vehicle owner shall remove the C.A.T. decal from the motor vehicle to withdraw from the C.A.T. program. The motor vehicle owner shall also be required to remove the C.A.T. decal from the motor vehicle prior to any sale or other transfer of ownership of the vehicle.
