Ohio Admin. Code 4501-53-10 - Administrative actions

(A) The director, pursuant
to an adjudicatory hearing under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, may deny any
application or renewal for certification when the
director determines an applicant, instructor, or provider may have violated any
of the provisions of this chapter or Chapter 4508. of the Revised
Code.
(B) The director, pursuant to
an adjudicatory hearing under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, may issue a
written reprimand, or suspend, revoke, or place on probationary status
certification issued by the department under this chapter if the director
discovers an applicant, instructor, or provider has violated any provision of
this chapter or Chapter 4508. of the Revised Code.
