Ohio Admin. Code 4713-1-02 - Appointing authority

The administrative agency concerned with the practice of cosmetology and barbering shall be headed by the executive director of the board. The executive director shall operate as the appointing authority and chief administrator of the board's daily transactions of an administrative nature in accordance with all rules and/or policies established by the board for the governing of the board, and for the implementation or enforcement of rules and orders of the board.
