Ohio Admin. Code 4713-15-02 - Methods of disinfection
Any implements to be used on any patrons shall be properly
sanitized and then disinfected. All chemicals used for
infection control (sanitation and
disinfection) shall
be EPA registered, bacteriologically effective and
commercially prepared disinfection agents
meet
the definition of "appropriate disinfectant" found in rule
4713-1-01 of the Administrative
Code, and shall be used in accordance with manufacturer's
instructions.
