Ohio Admin. Code 4729:9-2-01 - Standard pharmaceutical reference manual

All editions, with cumulative changes, if any, of the following reference works are recognized and approved by the state board of pharmacy pursuant to section 2925.01 of the Revised Code:

(A) "Drug Facts and Comparisons";

(B) "Martindale: The Extra Pharmacopoeia";

(C) "Remington's Pharmaceutical Sciences";

(D) "United States Dispensatory";

(E) "United States Pharmacopeia/National Formulary (USP/NF)";

(F) "American Hospital Formulary Service Drug Information (AHFS Drug Information)";

(G) A controlled substance reference table compiled by the state board of pharmacy using any of the reference works listed in this rule. This table shall be made available on the board's web site (www.pharmacy.ohio.gov ).
