Ohio Admin. Code 4731-13-08 - Filing
(A) A document
is "filed" when it is received and time stamped in the offices of the board.
For documents received via e-mail or through any
electronic filing system implemented by the board, the time stamp
provided by the board's computer shall be the time of receipt. Documents
received after five p.m. eastern standard time shall not be considered for
filing until the next business day.
(B) An original of any document required to
be served by Chapter 4731-13 of the Administrative Code shall be filed with the
board not more than three days after service.
(C) All filings shall be addressed to the
board to the attention of its hearing unit.
