Ohio Admin. Code 4901:1-19-04 - Procedures for exemption applications filed pursuant to section 4929.04 of the Revised Code
(A)
During the processing of the application, the
commission may dismiss any application which does not substantially comply with
the filing requirements of rule
4901:1-19-03 of the
Administrative Code.
(B)
After notice and a period for public comment, the
commission shall conduct a hearing upon an application by a natural gas company
with fifteen thousand or more customers for an exemption of any commodity sales
service or ancillary service. The commission may, upon its own motion, conduct
a hearing upon such an application by a natural gas company with fewer than
fifteen thousand customers.
(C)
Discovery shall
be served no later than twenty calendar days prior to hearing unless a
different deadline has been specified in an order of the commission for the
purposes of a specific proceeding.
