Ohio Admin. Code 4901:2-5-15 - Planting and harvesting season

For the purposes of 49 C.F.R. 395.1(K), as effective on the date referenced in paragraph (C) of rule 4901:2-5-02 of the Administrative Code, the "planting and harvesting season" in the state of Ohio shall be is January first through December thirty-first of each year.
