Ohio Admin. Code 4906-3-02 - Preapplication meeting
An applicant considering construction of a major utility
facility or economically significant wind farm may request a preapplication
conference
meeting with the board staff prior to submitting an
application. The results of such conference
meeting(s)
shall in no way constitutes approval or
disapproval of a particular site or route, and shall in no way predetermines the board's decision
regarding subsequent certification or approval.
