Ohio Admin. Code 4906-6-01 - Purpose and scope
(A) This
chapter sets forth the requirements for the filing of an accelerated
certificate application.
(B) The
board may, upon its own motion, or upon an
application or motion filed by a party, waive any requirement of this chapter
other than a requirement mandated by statute.
