Ohio Admin. Code 5120:1-12-07 - Visitation
Each twelve-hour facility shall abide by the following
minimum standards for visitation:
(A)
(Essential)
Establish visitor security controls to prevent contraband from entering the
jail.
(B)
(Essential) Ensure prisoner access to legal counsel of
record including telephone contact, written communication, and confidential
visits.
